Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 7 Beta 2 Preview Build

Once again, Microsoft has released a new Beta build for the forthcoming version of Internet Explorer (IE) 7. This new version has included some bug fixes and optimised browsing as well as enhanced tabbed browsing features.
Download the build here – released on March 20, 2006.
This version of Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview will only run on Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) systems, but will ultimately be available for Windows Vista, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, and Windows Server 2003.
Please note that if you are running a previous version of the Internet Explorer 7 Beta, do follow the following steps to uninstall the current version prior downloading and installing the latest version:
- Click Start button, then go to Control Panel
- Click on Add/Remove programs
- Click on Change/Remove programs and make sure “Show updates” is checked in the upper-right side of the screen
- Scroll down the list and highlight “Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview”
- Click “Remove” to uninstall the previous version of Internet Explorer 7
- Reboot your PC and return to this download page and begin downloading the latest version of Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview
