Ubuntu 6.04 Linux Flight CD 5

The latest release of Ubuntu 6.04 Alpha Flight CD 5 is out in the public. Codenamed “Dapper Drake”, this release has included several significant changes, affecting both the installer and the live CD.
There is a much improved version of Espresso, with a new default theme included (which is a little bright orange). In addition, the NetworkManager has been fixed and the X autoconfiguration on AMD64 has also been improved. Finally, a new development version of GNOME is also included in this release.

Note: This is still an alpha release. It is advised that users DO NOT install it on production machines. The final stable version will be released in April of 2006.
