I cannot help to think that RapidWeaver get its name from the infamous web-designing tool from Macromedia, the Macromedia Dreamweaver. The slight difference here is, Rapidweaver is meant for Macintosh users.

Besides its function as a powerful website designing tool, it is capable of building blog sites, photo albums and movie pages, of various different styles. No knowledge of complex html is required, and the software uses drag and drop technology.
