Normally, how would you create icon files? Most users would tend to use professional graphical tools, such as Photoshop, or GIMP. However, is it necessary to use such powerful tools to do really simple stuffs? That’s like “over-exaggerating” the tool. If you have a image file and would like to convert to an icon file, try Easy Picture2Icon.
With Picture2Icon 2.1, users can easily create nice Windows icons using the pictures or digital photos easily and quickly.
The application supports conversion of digital images from the following formats: BMP, GIF, JPG and PNG, to ICO format. Furthermore, this software also has support for making transparent icons, allowing users to choose which colour to make them transparent. The resulting .ico file can be of user-selected size.
Note that, this application is written for the Microsoft .NET Framework. Hence, users would need to have .NET Framework installed in the computer before installing Easy Picture2Icon.
