Costin Manolache, Google Software Engineer, has announced on Google Blog that users can now register domain names with Google through Google Apps for Your Domain. Google has partnered with two leading domain registration services, and eNom, to offer domains for $10 per annum.

It was also noted that the offer includes private registration to securely protect personal information, such as contact details. Currently, the offer is only available for .com, .net, .org, .biz and .info domains. More updates are likely to follow, so keep and eye.
