Dougal Campbell has spoken about the up-coming WordPress 2.6.2-beta 1. In his post, Dougal has mentioned that the next version is likely to include a fix for the Textpattern importer, a bug fix that prevents an attempt to make a revision of a revision, a new ‘login_redirect’ filter, a new ‘wp_rand()’ function, and a handful of other minor bug fixes.
While this is not yet officially released, this beta version is already in the SVN repository. Keep an eye on it!
