BGEye is a faciful software that integrates system information onto the desktop wallpaper, by rendering the information into bitmap information. This is exceptionally useful if you don’t want to keep opening up and running applications. The information is always available on the background wallpaper whenever you needed it.

BGEye optionally displays the following information about your system:

  • UserName.
  • Local Date and Time.
  • ComputerName.
  • Computer Uptime.
  • CPU(s) (Model, Manufacturer etc).
  • CPU Clock Speed(s) (MHz).
  • Graphics Card (Model, Manufacturer etc).
  • Audio Card(s) (Model, Manufacturer etc).
  • Network Card(s) (Model, Manufacturer etc).
  • USB Device(s) (excluding ‘Human Interface’ devices).
  • Processes (Total and maximum).
  • RAM (Total, load and maximum load (load including Page File)).
  • Local Disk Drives (Total space and load).
  • Remote (networked) Disk Drives (Total space and load).

In addition, the information at an interval of one minute, and the options can be altered by selecting the system tray icon. It works best with system having a good 3D graphics card, as BGEye uses 3D Graphics Card and DirectX 9.0c to render the background and other elements.

Finally, note that this application is a stand-alone application, and needs no installation.
